Trio Construction & Management Limited was engaged by Wellington City Council as the build consultant under an Early Contractor Involvement ‘ECI’ Agreement as part of the design team for this townhouse redevelopment.

Trio Construction & Management Limited played a key role in informing the design process from an early stage. Our involvement involved civil works including retaining structures, and buildability for the wider project. We were subsequently engaged as Main Contractor to undertake the enabling works (construction of new and strengthening of retaining walls, levelling the site and installing power connections) and the construction and finishing of all four blocks.
